Classic Shawarma is our number one favourite shawarma restaurant in town. Their ingredients are always fresh and the service is impeccable. The staff and owner are super friendly. My kids and I love it there. Two thumbs up and highly recommend it to anyone who loves fresh, flavourful and healthy meals.

Update 2: - We are now regulars, and staff members know exactly what we want as soon as we come in. - In 9 months of getting food here, we have always had great service and consistently good food. Yes even after 9 months, the garlic potato's still get us saying...Oh wow, this is really good. - The owner is a genuinely friendly guy who cares about his business and is frequently on site. - He's receptive and they are now using more eco-friendly containers instead of the former Styrofoam ones! Update 1: - I have been visiting this location weekly for a month now. Quality is consistently high, service is friendly and we are always satisfied with the food. - We tried the Falafel plate and I highly recommend it if you're into plant-based food. Their Falafel is probably the best I have had in the city. It's not greasy and just well seasoned and delicious. Great: - Freshness of the salad. -They mix the salad with the vinaigrate in front of you and that is fantastic and haven't seen it at other places. - They had a small amount of older chicken left on the skewer (seen in the attached picture), and I didn't have to tell them to use the fresh one for my plate. - Portion size is adequate. - The chicken platter was delicious and everyone loved it at home.

Honestly some of the best shawarma in Canada, great and fast service with juicy meat and chicken, the large portions are filling without making you feel heavy. EVERYONE here is extremely passionate about making sure you leave the restaurant with a visual and experience that feeds into your hunger and makes your mouth water. The ingredients greatly compliment each other taking you enjoyable journey with every bite, wishing you ordered more at the end, and on top of that I’ve never left classic shawarma without grinning ear to ear. One of Ottawa’s very hidden gems but one you MUST NOT SKIP.

This is one of my favorite places! The food is very tasty and healthy, the prices are great, and the service is always excellent. I come here almost every day and enjoy their dishes every time. I highly recommend this place 100%! Thanks to the staff for the warm welcome and high-quality food!

Best shawarma in town! I go to Classic Shawarma at least once a week. The place is always spotless, the food is super fresh and flavourful, and the portions are incredibly generous. I can’t go there and not order the garlic potatoes. They’re a must! It’s always hard to choose between the plates and the sandwiches because I’ve tried them all, and they’re consistently delicious. The staff is friendly, and the owner is always around making sure everything’s perfect. Hands down my favourite shawarma spot. Overall, great atmosphere and fantastic food. Highly recommend!

Amazing food and my current must-eat meal for Ottawa. Portions were super generous and delicious to the last bite. In addition to their wraps, the shawarma poutine is also excellent, Friendly staff. Bright and clean store.

I work 5 min from this place, so most of the time I eat there. The sandwich shawarma is quite yum . The poutine is very hot and delicious, just how I like. Also, the guys working here are very friendly and care about their customers, which is great. I just don’t like that their system ask for tip, cuz I don’t think I want to give tip all the time. All in all, great place!
